Potato Dextrose Agar
Potato infusion (dehydrated)	4.0 g
Dextrose	20.0 g
Agar	15.0 g
Preparation: Mix 39g in 1L of pur water.
Heat & boil 1 min to dissolve. Distri-
bute & autoclave @ 121°C for 15 min. If
req'd, the pH can be adjusted to 3.5±0.1
prior to pouring plates by addition of
14ml sterile 10% tartaric acid.
pH after autoclaving: 5.6 ± 2.0 @ 25°C
Store @ 2°C - 30°C
